Leadership Ideas from Yvonne Schilplin,  Leadership Chairman

GFWC International President Mary Ellen Brock recommends that we participate in “Thank You Tuesday” by writing in a journal or by sending a note on a job well done.  Maybe one of your members took the initative to lead a group project.  She would appreciate a Thank you note from you.  Maybe a group in town has given help or guidance to your club.  A “Thank You Tuesday” note would be great! Maybe a member gave you a ride to a meeting or eventm, or maybe a mlember made a great dessert, or maybe a member gave an informative presentation, send a “Thank You Tuesday” note.

“Thank You Tuesday” correspondence can be sent to members of your family, neighbors, friends, etc.  We have all received Thank You notes and know how those notes are the most heartfelt ways of expressing gratitude.

Write a “Thank You Tuesday” note or two each Tuesday and know that you are spreading warm, juzzy feelings to the  recipients of your notes.
